SHIPPING RATES: DOMESTIC DELIVERY
Orders less than $25 (not including tax): $8.95
Orders totaling $25 or more (not including tax): free
SALES TAX
canBE naturally will collect sales tax on all orders as required by law.
SHIPPING RATES: INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All orders: $17.95
Canada – Customers are responsible for all Canadian import duties, tax and brokerage fees. These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches the Canadian border and are not included in our shipping charges.
International shipping – International shipping methods may vary and may not be available for all products or all countries. All international orders are subject to local fees, taxes, duties and customs. canBE naturally, does not pay these additional charges. Please contact your local customs office for full details.
RETURNS OVERVIEW
We want you to be completely satisfied with your canBE naturally. purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will replace, exchange, or refund your order within 30 days of your canBE naturally, purchase. We are unable to accept products after that period. Replacements, exchanges, or refunds must be accompanied with an original receipt and order confirmation number. Products returned for refund within 30 days of purchase will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
All returns must include the original packing slip, your contact and address information, and the product you wish to return. canBE naturally, is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
